Terms & Conditions
Our Online Quote is exactly that, an estimate that does not include taxes and is subject to change. Please do not assume the online price is final, payment option may also change expected price. We will verify all fees, square footage, options, extras, discounts, and taxes at time of contract with you. Thank you! North Coast Vehicle Storage agrees to provide for the storage of the item listed on the contract for the period of time stated on behalf of the Owner. North Coast Vehicle Storage will determine the actual square footage when the item arrives for storage and Owner agrees to any price adjustments from oral or website estimates that may be necessary. All storage fees must be paid for in full in advance of the storage period. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Storage fees beyond the stated period will be invoiced at published monthly rates (with no discounts available), in effect at the end of the contract period and are subject to change as those published rates change. A 24% annual late fee of balance due will be charged on all overdue payment accounts. Payment for any additional services requested after initial storage rendered by North Coast Vehicle Storage must be paid in full before the item is removed from North Coast Vehicle Storage. A $25.00 late fee will be charged on all overdue bills. Keys to all motorized recreational vehicles, automobiles and motorcycles must be given to North Coast Vehicle Storage. Owner also gives permission to North Coast Vehicle Storage to move item within the storage area to access other items in storage, prepare item for owner’s pick-up or in case of any emergency. Items may be moved to access other items in storage. If it is necessary to move a boat that is in storage after the anticipated launch or exit date listed on the contract, North Coast Vehicle Storage reserves the right to invoice Owner for costs associated with the move. North Coast Vehicle Storage shall not be responsible for or have any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, personal injury or loss of property of life within the control of North Coast Vehicle Storage, its employees or its agents in connection with (1) the premises of North Coast Vehicle Storage or the use of its storage space, (2) the Owners item and associated equipment, (3) any loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, collision, North Coast Vehicle Storage equipment failure, windstorm, rain, tornado or any other act of God or casualty loss. Owner agrees to cover these risks with appropriate insurance coverage without subrogation against North Coast Vehicle Storage. No person, other than the Owner, shall perform work on the item without the prior approval of North Coast Vehicle Storage. North Coast Vehicle Storage also reserves the right to limit the scope of work being performed by the Owner. At no time is the Owner permitted to perform work on the item’s electrical or fuel systems while in the indoor storage facility. All items must be emptied of majority of fuel and have no more than five (5) gallons of gas in the tank. All batteries must be removed or disconnected from boats in the indoor storage facility. Owner shall comply with all rules and regulations established by North Coast Vehicle Storage and shall not engage in activities which are in violation of any city, county, state or federal law or ordinance. Location of the item in storage will be at the discretion of North Coast Vehicle Storage. Boaters, North Coast Vehicle Storage will attempt to meet the haul-out and launch date requested by the Owner. Dates are available on a first come first serve basis and are subject to change. Any RV, boat or other vehicle that is sold while in storage will NOT be removed until after May 14th. Owner is responsible for paying any haul-out or launch fees directly to the facility providing service. North Coast Vehicle Storage reserves the right to sell or dispose any item that has unpaid fees for a period of ninety (90) days.
